Frank has been active in the community for the past 30 years. He has been supporting San Antonio as a board member of Ella Austin Community Center. A non-profit organization that provides social services to youth, families, and seniors. He has also mentored youth in the David Robinson mentorship program, served as a coach for the San Antonio Frank an Field Club, and was a former president of 100 Black Men San Antonio.
